Barbados Contributing To Climate Agreement

Highlighting some key issues to be considered while finalising Barbados' INDC, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Drainage, Edison Alleyne, stated that the report should provide "a clear signal to the general public, the private sector and .... the international community, that Barbados is serious about moving towards a low carbon, resource-efficient green economy".
