CANARI is developing a Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction Programme. The Programme aims to improve livelihoods and resilience to climate change and related disasters by building the capacity of stakeholders, particularly those most vulnerable, to participate effectively in ecosystem management and develop appropriate responses to climate change.
