The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre coordinates the Caribbean region’s response to climate change. Its main goal is to improve the ability of Caribbean people living in communities at risk from climate change to adopt more sustainable lifestyles. It does this through the provision of services designed to improve knowledge of climate change and foster adaptation to the effects of climate change. These services include: Clearing House (information exchange); community projects; Joint Programmes; environmental scanning (climate scenarios developed by the Centre); climate change curricula; training; consultancy services (project cycle management); trust fund.
