The Ministry of the Environment, Water Resources and Drainage, is the Government’s policymaking arm for environment and sustainable development, its vision Statement is to advance a sustainable development program underpinned by leading edge environment policies, practices and programs that protect all aspects of our environment, our water resources, quality of life and the holistic well-being of our citizens. The Ministry’s Permanent Secretary acts as the focal point for the Climate Change Convention.
